AASM announces 2019 “Sleep Works for You” High School Video Contest

Please share the following information with your teenage patients and encourage them to enter the 2019 AASM “Sleep Works for You” High School Video Contest!

The American Academy of Sleep Medicine invites U.S. high school students to enter the 2019 AASM “Sleep Works for You” High School Video Contest”, which is focused on motivating teens to prioritize the importance of sleep in their lives.

The first-place prize winner will receive $1,000 – split evenly between the contest entrant and his or her school.

The contest is open to high school students (grades 9-12) in the U.S. who have parent/guardian permission and a sponsoring teacher from their high school. Each entry will be judged on originality and video quality, as well as the appropriateness, relevance and accuracy of its message.

Applicants should upload their video entry to YouTube and email the link AND the completed entry form to contest@aasm.org by 11:59 p.m. CST Feb. 12, 2019.
